Sue may be the citizen yoga professional for Natural Wellness Magazine, a respected yoga teacher, writer and training course author who has studied and practiced yoga exercises, yoga and mindfulness since 1995. Yoga exercises and mindfulness are closely related. During yoga the body is usually moved mindfully thoughts, feelings and sensations come and go whilst complete interest remains with the existing instant.
