Chen Jialuo, their chief, discovers the emperor Qianlong is in fact his elder brother. Qianlong comes to Jiangnan and fits his brother. Chen Jialuo attempts his better to persuade Qianlong to revive the Han people and Qianlong reluctantly agrees and swears an oath of alliance using the heroes.
